IPSITA played a pivotal
role as a training and internship provider for the FTFL (Fast Track Future
Leader) program, which offers on-the-job training, mentorship, and skill
enhancement for FTFL graduates. Administered by LICT (Leveraging ICT for
Employment and Growth of the IT-ITES Industry), a project of the Bangladesh
Computer Council (BCC) under the Ministry of Posts, Telecommunication, and
Information Technology, this program aimed to empower individuals for success in
the IT industry.
The
courses Ipsita conducted as part of this initiative were focused on Web Design
and Development, as well as Software Testing. Each course spanned a duration of
3 months and was conducted in the year 2016.
